He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest Blair and Phyllis Montgomery Blair; and his sister-in-law Gertrude. He is survived by: his children, Rachel Allmendinger (Daniel) of Knox, One and Garrett Blair (Selena Whitton) of Knox; his grandchildren, Lyrika, Christian, Odin and Garrett Jr.; and his brothers, Larry Blair of Rockland and Steve Blair of Knox.
Visitation was held on Friday, May 23rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the William N. Rupert Mortuary (430 Mendenhall Ave, Knox, PA 16232).
