He was predeceased by: his parents, Merl Ritts and Elva Rapp Ritts. He is survived by: his siblings, Blaine Ritts (Mary Helen) and Gayle Hickman (Larry); and his stepdaughter Kelly Richmond. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the William N. Rupert Mortuary (430 Mendenhall Ave, Knox, PA 16232). The military honors will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
