He is survived by: his wife Dolores Viola Bell; his children, William Edward Bell II (Darcy) and Nicole Angela Fox (Lance); his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Luke Fox, Hope and Joshua Bell; his sisters-in-law, Peggy Kriebel (Richard) and Susan Stephenson (Dan); his nieces, Erin Lewis, Jessica Wilson and Mary Wilson; and his nephew Eric Kriebel.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Friday, October 16th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Grace E. C. Church (2561 Grace Church Rd, Knox, PA 16232). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
