He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Oswald Tupper; his daughter Bobbie Lynn Schinler of West Deer; his stepchildren, Keith Sines of Natrona Heights, Shawn Oswald (Stephine) of East Palestine, OH, Christine Sines of Shaler and Rebecca Platts of New Castle; and his sister Suzanne Bertram of Portersville. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren.
