She was predeceased by: her parents, Louis and Nellie Ferrigno, Sr. (Halsac); her husband Patrick A. "Buzzy" Tavern; and her siblings, Louis Ferrigno, Jr., Elizabeth Pizzella and Mary Lou Fillinger.

She is survived by: her daughters, Tiffany Wayne (John) and Tonya Tavern; her grandsons, Bryce, Colton Wayne and Tyler Knox; and her sister Jeannie Heinrich.

Memorial contributions may be made to the Beaver County Humane Society.
