We announce the death of Betty Louise Leonard of Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 4, 2026, at the age of 64. Betty will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold Smith and Margaret Smith (Snyder); her siblings, Harold, Timothy Smith and Noami Saga; and her grandson Aiden Leonard.
She is survived by: her husband Robert J. Leonard; her children, Margaret Vercruyssen of Shamokin and Paul Henderson of Sunbury; her stepchildren, Sarah Leonard, Justin and Thomas Leonard of Williamsport; her grandchildren, Brandon Nairns of Mt. Carmel, Tia Bressi of Shamokin, Isabella, Jenna Leonard of Williamsport, Danana Leonard and Carter Leonard of South Williamsport; and her great grandchildren, Brandon Jr., Kaliairess, Kallie, Eliahza and Brandie.
