Valerie D. Peek Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Valerie D. Peek of Kulpmont, Pennsylvania, who passed away on December 5, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Gould and Eunice Gould (Coggles); her sisters, Gloria and Jean; and her siblings-in-law, Joseph Peek, Edward Peek and Lorraine Walczak.
She is survived by: her husband Michael J. Peek of Kulpmont; her children, Stephen Peek (Stephanie) of Mount Carmel and Maria Callahan (Bill) of Elysburg; her grandchildren, Zackery Peek (Rachel Siko), Emily, Grace and Faith Callahan; her siblings, Rita and Terry; and her siblings-in-law, Rusty Smith and Josephine Katchick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lucas Funeral Home Inc. (1053 Chestnut St, Kulpmont, PA 17834). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, December 18th 2025 at 8:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be sent to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
