She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert George and Martha George; her husband Joe; her children, Scott Kunkle and Amy Cardiello; and her siblings, Stanley, Clark George, Pauline Buck, Winifred "Peggy" Beers and Ann Scheller.
She is survived by: her sister Pat Mackes; her daughter Jamy DeHaven; her grandchildren, Desire Mahanna, Danielle Amil, Jennifer Rolling, Joey Kunkle, Jared DeHaven and Jody Pieper; her great grandchildren, Destynee Mellano, Shayna Mellano, Kayla Rolling, Camille Amil, Maximus Amil, Ayla Kunkle and Jaxton Kunkle; and her great great grandchildren, Jaxson Rolling, Charlotte Vaughn and Callan Baron.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the St. Luke's Cancer Center in Bettie's memory.
