He is survived by: his wife Lucy Perkins (Smith); his daughters, Jaime (David Catherine) of Coopersburg, Erin (Nate Scheetz) of Huntington, Lindsay Perkins of Summerfield, FL, Melissa Perkins of Ocala, FL and Breanna Perkins of Kunkletown; and his siblings, Thomas (Marilyn Perkins) of Bethlehem and Maryann (George Warning) of Salisbury. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren.
