She was predeceased by: her parents, Alice A. Bond and Morgan G. Snyder; her husband James M. Hook, Sr. (Peter A. Lambert); her son James M Hook, Jr.; her daughter-in-law Joan M. Hook; her stepdaughter Linda A. Hoffner; and her siblings, Meryl M. Keiper and Larry J. Bond.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jennifer M. Henry (Patrick) of Effort, Elizabeth M. Hook of Pomptain Plains, NJ, Morgan L. Hook of Nazareth and Amanda M. Hook of Nazareth; her great grandchildren, Gabriella Koshefsky of Pomptain Plains, NJ and Shea P. Henry; her stepson Paul A. Lambert of Sciota; her stepgrandchildren, Vincent L. Walton (Patricia) of Scranton, Stephanie E. Lambert of Sciota, Don H. Hoffner, Jr. of Blakeslee and Andrea R. Hoffner of Marlboro, NY.; and her sisters, Marion M. Miller of Anchorage, AL and Norma "Chippy" P. Scheller of Effort.
