He is survived by: his wife Diane Costenbader (Moyer); his sons, Jason Costenbader (Susan) and Wade Costenbader; his grandsons, Justin, Jared, Zachary (Bella) and Randy; and his sister Joanne Frable (Ronald). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
