He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles C. McCormick and Bonnie J. McCormick (Scarbrough); his daughter Colleen McCormick; and his stepdaughter Santina Furtado. He is survived by: his wife Tina Furtado (Furtado) of Kunkletown, PA; his daughter Rebecca Carr (Antonio) of Levittown, PA; his stepchildren, Nicole Nowak (Tony) of Chippewa Falls, WI, Steven Furtado of Pen Argyl, PA and James Damiano (Alyssa) of Levittown, PA.; and his grandchildren, James Anderson, Angel Carr, AJ Carr of Levittown, PA, Christian Nowak (Mori), Isabella Nowak and Benjamin Nowak of Chippewa Falls, WI..
