He was predeceased by: his wife Pauline L. Herbert (Remp); and his parents, Warren J. Herbert and Eva M. Herbert (Harpel). He is survived by: his daughter Dawn L. (Robin Shepard) of Denver; his grandson Alan (Rachael Shepard); and his great grandchildren, Ryan, Aaron and Joanna.
