He is survived by: his parents, William Walter, Sr. of Towanda and Mary Fassett Walter; his wife Susan; his children, Jennifer Mitchell (Chris) of South Abington, Joseph Walter of Jenningsville, Jacob Walter (Andra Evancavich) of Factoryville, John Walter of Jenningsville and Michael Benjamin of Towanda; his grandson Connor Mitchell; his stepgrandchildren, Lilli, James Mahler and Maelyn Evancavich; his siblings, David Walter (Linda), Chris Walter and Darlene Ellis; and his pet Gunner. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews & cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Hunts for Healing, 3 Coburn Hill Road, Laceyville, PA, 18623; a local organization supporting Veterans.
