He was predeceased by: his parents, Neil Curtin and Louise Curtin; and his siblings, Neil Curtin and Jo Miller (Bruce). He is survived by: his wife Anne; his children, Ryan, Courtney, Meghan and Kelsey; his mother-in-law Teresa "Mimi"; his siblings, Tom Curtin (Kate), Anna Curtin (Don), Libby McGrath (Jerry) and David Curtin; Boomer.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations in John's name be made to the Philadelphia Young Quakers (via the Netter Center for Community Partnerships) or Alliance for a Living Ocean.
