He is survived by: his wife Patricia Gryczka Blazejewski; his brother Don Blazejewski (Linda); and his siblings-in-law, Alfred Gryczka (Mary), Helen Blazejewski and Geraldine Tellie (Joseph). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
