He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Healey and Florence Healey (Najaka); and his siblings, Robert Healey and Rita Martin. He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Healey (Sweeda); and his children, Marilyn Harmon (Ronald) and Joseph Healey (Kingston). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the charity of the donor's choice in Joe's name.
