We are sad to announce that on June 23, 2025, Barbara H. Kniss of Lake Ariel, Pennsylvania, born in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry Barbara's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May Barbara's journey be filled with peace and serenity, and may she find rest in the embrace of eternity.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kendzierski and Grace Hankinson Kendzierski of Mary's Church; and her brothers, Bruce and Robert Kendzierski. She is survived by: her husband Richard Kniss. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Mary's Church (242 Carbondale Rd, Waymart, PA 18472). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. An entombment will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 at the Our Mother of Sorrows Cemetery (412 PA-106, Greenfield Township, PA 18407).
