He is survived by: his brother Dr. Carmine Olivieri; his nieces, Rosa Blazejewski, Elena Munz and Dr. Anna DellaVecchia; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Luke, Alyssa, Brooke Blazejewski, Nicole, Siena, Riley Munz and John Anthony DellaVecchia.
