He is survived by: his parents, Lyndon Wormuth and Marie Wormuth (Roney); his children, Amy Quinlan (Patrick) and Daniel Partington (Lindsey); his grandchildren, Natalie, Anna Quinlan, Carter and Nathan Partington; and his brother Aaron Wormuth (Megan). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, many cousins.
