We announce the death of Patricia Hardy of Lamar, Pennsylvania, born in Lock Haven, Pennsylvania, who passed away on August 27, 2026, at the age of 83. She was predeceased by: her parents, Myron Hayes and Catherine White Simcox; her siblings, Myron Simcox (Sonny) and Donna; her brother-in-law Dick Bitner; and her in-laws, Theodore (Ted) and Loretta Hardy.
She is survived by: her husband Ronald Hardy of Lamar; her children, Kent Young (Leanne) of Lock Haven, Steve Young (Lisa) of York and Beth Moore of Mill Hall; her stepchildren, Troy Hardy (Trish) of Virginia and Nicole Guy (Donnie) of Virginia; her nephews, Jeff Bitner (Kass) of Blanchard and Jody Bitner (Shelly) of Blanchard; her niece Cassie Carson (Shawn); her sister Hazel Fasano of Massachusetts; her grandchildren, Brandon Young (Ashley), Ashton Kohler, Derek Young (Katie), Dustin Young, Bradley Young, Joseph Young and Ryan Moore; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Young, Harper Young, Sophia Moore, Lucas Henry and Maddix Carson; and her pet Bella.
