He is survived by: his wife Astromelia; his son Javier Arias; his stepsons, Hugo Garcia and Jimmy Garcia; and his siblings, Lila Arias (Luis 'Flaco' Vazquez), Raquel Arias (Osvaldo Soto), Mirta Arias (Doménico Berti), Priscila Arias (Raul Santiago) and Carlos Arias (Mercedes Veliz). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
