Almeda J. Shenk Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Almeda J. Shenk (Lancaster, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 6, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard Myer and Ruth Esbenshade Myer; her husband Mahlon H. Shenk; her brother Dale Myer; and her granddaughter Melissa Shenk.
She is survived by: her children, Beverly A. (Jeffrey Hummel) of Fleetwood, David E. (Maryanne Shenk) of New Providence, Ronald L. (Cynthia Shenk) of Mountville and J. Edward (Christine Shenk) of Lancaster; and her brothers, Donald (Blanche Myer) of Lancaster and Wilmer (Martha Myer) of McAllisterville. She is also survived by 9 grand- children; 20 great grandchildren.
