He was predeceased by: his father Thomas Ranker. He is survived by: his spouse Ashley J. Ranker (Dick); his mother Linda Ranker (Milliron); his son Malcolm R. Ranker; and his parents-in-law, Charles D. and Charlotte R. Dick (Joseph) of Albany, Kentucky.. He is also survived by his family, his friends.
