She was predeceased by: her husband Elwood E. Messersmith; her parents, Harold Wilson and Anna Ruby Wilson (Warfel); and her siblings, Edna Ruby DeGroot (Robert), Harold Hunter Woodrow Wilson and Ronald Walter Wilson.
She is survived by: her sons, Kenneth E. Messersmith of Lancaster, PA. and Jeffrey E. Messersmith (Wendy L.) of Lancaster, PA.; and her grandchildren, Shane J. Messersmith of Reamstown, PA and Hope L. Messersmith (Snow) of Denver, PA.
Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the DeBord Snyder Funeral Home & Crematory (141 E Orange St, Lancaster, PA 17602). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 18th 2025 at 12:30 PM at the Indiantown Gap National Cemetery (60 Indiantown Gap Rd, Annville, PA 17003).
