He is survived by: his children, Cruz Alvarado (Daniel Medina) of Lancaster, Arcilio Alvarado Perez (Crystal Alvarado) of Lancaster, Efrain Mejias of Lancaster, Kejmar Perez of Lancaster and Yamil Alvarado of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Daniel (Stefani), Genesis (Rashan), Destiny, Kejmar, Nasire, Kejleia, Kejmarie, Kejnya, Amaya, Amara, Nas and Efrain, III; his great grandchildren, C'zar, Milo and Kenzo; his great-nephews, Ethan, Jacob, Christian and Jazlynn; and his brother Juan Rodriguez of Lancaster. He is also survived by his niece and nephew.
