We are sad to announce that on October 3, 2023, at the age of 86, Barbara W. Rutter of Lancaster, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry C. Weaver and Dorothy Weaver (Weber); her husband George E. Rutter; and her stepsons, Gregory H. Rutter and Geoffrey B. Rutter.

She is survived by: her sister-in-law Nancy L. York (Alan W. York, Jr.); and also Fern Dannis.
