He is survived by: his children, Dawn M. Rothfus (John S.), Bill H. Heuyard (Tracy A.), Robert M. Heuyard and Virginia M. Gantz (late Kirby); and his stepchildren, Vance N. Spicer (Debbie A.), J. Wallace Spicer (Beverly) and Lisa Marie Mayo (Tony).
