She was predeceased by: her husband Lloyd John Ryan; and her parents, Marcus Brighthaupt and Lucy Brighthaupt (Wills). She is survived by: her sons, Timothy Ryan (Deb) and David Ryan (Kelli). She is also survived by 5 grandchildren, and 12 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory may be made to Humane League of Lancaster, 2195 E Lincoln Hwy, Lancaster PA 17602 or to the Pennsylvania SPCA Lancaster Center, 848 S Prince St, Lancaster, PA 17603.
