He was predeceased by: his father Kenneth; and his sister Shirlyn (late Dave Sander) of Millersville. He is survived by: his children, Robert McKinney (Lauren) of Willow Street, Natalie Kecki (Joe) of Willow Street, Cara McKinney of Reinholds and Bri Anne Freeman McKinney of Reinholds; and his siblings, Marilyn Bixler Sr. (Randy) of Lancaster, Kenneth Jr. (late Terry McKinney) of Strasburg and William McKinney (Bonnie). He is also survived by 4 grand children.
