He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Millhouse and Louise Millhouse (Hartley); and his sister Bartena Stevens (Leon Stevens). He is survived by: his wife Patricia (Styer); his daughter Brandi Millhouse-Henry (Brian); his stepchildren, Jamie Fox (Brian), Gordon Scott Snyder and Shelby Rebman; and his grandchildren, Cameron Rebman, Madison Nitroy, Spencer Fox, Meredith Fox, Julia Steinbaecher and Sylvia Perez.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made to the SPCA, Humane League of Lancaster County and Water Street Rescue Mission.
