He is survived by: his children, Adrianne Waters (Philip), Charles Elliott (Robert) of Lancaster and Marc (Anita) of Mountville; his brother Gary Elliott (Beatrice) of Harrisburg; and his daughter-in-law Frances Elliott of Baltimore. He is also survived by four grandchildren, three great grandchildren.
