It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carlas Ray Wilburn (Lancaster, Pennsylvania), born in Stirrat, West Virginia, who passed away on January 26, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father William Frank; and his spouse Shirley Feldwick Wilburn (Fink). He is survived by: his brother Doug Wilburn; and his children, Carla W. Drummond and William Wilburn. He is also survived by three grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren.
