He was predeceased by: his parents, German Santiago and Arcadia Derieux Mandez. He is survived by: his wife Sylvia Guerra-Santiago; his daughter Cassey Guerra of Lancaster; his stepchildren, David Jose Rivera of Lancaster and Adelaida Almeida of Mesa, Arizona.; and his sisters, Margarita Mandez of Jersey City and Janet Ortiz of Jersey City.
