She is survived by: her sons, Tomas Rafael Beltran Vazquez of Levittown and Salasthier Polanco Vazquez (Jeannie Rivera) of Lancaster; and her grandchildren, Jeaneishka, Salasthier, Prisila, Orlando, Joseph, Tomas Luis, Michael, Mathew, Sila Angeli, Yamilet, Omy, Ashley, Wichy and Yanelis. She is also survived by many great grandchildren and her siblings.
