She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry Pickering and Regina Pickering (Warren); and her sisters, Janice Cuff and Barbara O'Donnell. She is survived by: her husband Ed; her children, Cindy Myers (Dan) and Scott Barlow (Jo Ann); and her grandchildren, Ryan Sherk, Andrew Barlow, Emily Barlow and Paul Myers.
A memorial service will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Hempfield Church (3050 Marietta Ave, Lancaster, PA 17601).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in Cecelia's name to the Senior Adult Ministry at Hempfield Church.
