He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Tennis and Nora V. Tennis (Plank); and his brothers, John (Anne) and Walter (Charlotte). He is survived by: his wife Shirley Tennis (Weiss); his children, C. Vincent Tennis and Bonny Tennis; his stepchildren, James R. Rupert, Steven L. Boose and Lisa M. Nolt; and his sisters, Ellen (Edward) and Ruth (Mike).
