Claire Louise DiSebastian Obituary
We are sad to announce that on July 17, 2025, Claire Louise DiSebastian of Lancaster, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul J. Rowan and Marian Frances Rowan (Simpson); her niece Emily West; and her brother-in-law Mario Diaz-Cruz. She is survived by: her children, Nicholas DiSebastian (Jaime) of Asheville, NC and Natalie DiSebastian of Phoenixville; her granddaughters, Stella and Florence; her siblings, Marian West (Soren) of Lancaster, Margaret Diaz-Cruz of New York City, Mary Klein (Daniel) of Wilmington, DE, Paul Joseph Rowan, Jr. (Wendy) of Yucon, OK, Alice O'Brien (Kevin) of Wilmington, DE, Anne Pebley (Jesse) of Clarksboro, NJ, Andrew Rowan (Colleen) of Reading, PA, Julia Monaco (Thomas) of Havertown, PA, Agnes Scholl of Lancaster and Shawn Rowan (Claire) of Glendale, MO; and her close friend Aaron Healey. She is also survived by nineteen nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the Sacred Heart of Jesus Catholic Church (558 W Walnut St, Lancaster, PA 17603). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Joseph New Catholic Cemetery (170 Charles Rd, Lancaster, PA 17603).
