She is survived by: her parents, Barry L. Shirk and Carol Jean Shirk (Oatman); her husband Terry Michael Frey; her sons, Benjamin Marc Frey (Kayli Hamilton) and Luke Austin Frey; and her brothers, Douglas Shirk (Alicia) and Timothy Shirk (Rhonda).
