He was predeceased by: his parents, Everett Jenkins and Rebecca Jenkins (Hutchins); and his siblings, Robert, Donna and Mary Lou.
He is survived by: his wife Vickie L. Jenkins (Rinier); his children, Kirk Jenkins (Christy) of Warrington, Brian Jenkins (Michelle) of Lancaster, Karol Mullenax (Chris) of Willow Street and Kelly Kephart (Todd) of Willow Street; and his stepchildren, Michelle King (Thomas) of Lancaster, Kristen Ross (John Parker) of Lancaster and Brian Armstrong of Lancaster. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 4 greatgrandchildren, 6 step grandchildren, and 3 step greatgrandchildren.
