He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Vazquez and Mariana Mendez; his nephews, Israel Cartagena and Edwin Morales; and his niece Mariana Morales.

He is survived by: his children, David Vazquez Jordan and Enid "Evy" Godwin-Vazquez (Koa Godwin) of Lancaster; his grandchildren, Waynai, Daeshawn, Nycere, Nyshawn, David, D'Azhaney, Layla, Layoni, Mia, Ava, Kai and Lenni; his great grandchild Amiri; and his siblings, Emily Rodriguez, Maritza Manzanares, Jose A. Vazquez, Kevin Dennison, Trevor Dennison and Ana Vazquez. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the funeral home to assist with the funeral expenses.
