He was predeceased by: his parents, Wadih Skaff and Loretta Skaff (Moses) of Plains, PA.; and his father-in-law Millard Gross. He is survived by: his wife Deborah Gross Skaff; his siblings, Frieda Skaff of Plains, PA and George Skaff of Pittston, PA; his mother-in-law Jeanne Gross (Barre) of Wilkes; his godson Joseph Bowersox; and his pet Koko.
