He was predeceased by: his siblings, Harry, George and Kathy Lappin. He is survived by: his spouse Cynnie King (Auman); his children, Ashley King and Christiaan King; his grandchildren, Matthew, Megan, Spencer and Marta; and his brother Joseph Rogers. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
