He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry D. Colvin and Bertha Colvin (Wilson); his wife Jane Colvin (Sauder); and his sister Jane Delores (late Elmer Shertzer). He is survived by: his children, Steven Donald (Jeanne) and Denise Colvin (Lowell R. Anderson) of Millersville; his grandchildren, Sarah (Ray Prizner), Daniel Colvin, John (Megan Colvin), Keith Anderson and Eric (Brittney); his great grandchildren, Madison, Micah, Morgan, Abigail and William; and his sister Sarah Dorothy (late Wilbur K. Hess).
