He is survived by : his friend Elnora (Leaman); his wife Elnora (Leaman); his children, Donald L. Frank Sr. (Kathy Dabler) of Lancaster, Edward E. Frank (Abby Mellinger) of Lancaster and Debra K. Steller (Michael) of Lancaster; and his siblings, Richard and Mildred Groff (Lester) of Lititz. He is also survived by his children (3), grandchildren (11), great-grand-children (28), and many friends.

“We met Don with his wife, and best friend, Elnora, many years ago (seems like yesterday). Don and she were so friendly and outgoing and such fun to talk to. He will be so missed. Good man to know. John 5:24 Verily, verily, I say unto you, he that heareth My word, and believeth on Him that sent me, hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation; but is passed from death unto life.
