He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy H. Funk and Mildred Funk (Shultz); his former wife Christine M. Millhouse; and his son Phillip (Kathy). He is survived by: his sons, Dennis A. (Tammy), Douglas A. (Linda) and Gregory D. (Beverly).
