He is survived by: his former spouse Valeta Pearl King; his friend Phyllis Widmer (Yoder); his wife Phyllis Widmer-Headrick (Yoder); his children, Jeff (Nancy Headrick), Sheila (Dave Landis) and Lisa; his father-in-law Anthony Boll; his stepdaughters, Tammi (Jerry Erb) and Teresa Widmer; his grandchildren, Krystal (Jason Bonner), Andrew (Raquel), Seth (Lisa), Joel (Lauren), Moriah Landis, Kaylee Boll and Joshua Boll; his stepgranddaughters, Rachel (Heath Delzell), Lydia (Kirby Caraveo), Hannah (Ryan O'Donnell) and Faith Widmer; his great grandchildren, Faith, David Bonner, Samuel Ray Headrick and Avett Landis; and his sisters, Rose Kauffman and Joyce Shetler (Harold). He is also survived by 5 step-great grandchildren.
