She was predeceased by: her spouse Terry L. Shradley; her parents, Irvin Hornberger and Lena Haas Hornberger; and her siblings, Harold, Betty, Herbert Hornberger, Virginia Haldeman and Erma Horst.
She is survived by: her daughters, Kimberly A. Shradley (David Griffith) of Oxford and Lynn M. (Christopher Tison) of Langhorne, PA; her grandchildren, Kiernan, Caoimhe, Kady, Reed, Christian and Cora; and her siblings, Melvin J. (Ruth Burkholder Hornberger) of East Earl, Clarence Hornberger of Gap and Joyce Canipe of Conestoga.
