He is survived by: his son Phoenix Charles Shelton; his siblings, Cherie Alvarado (Jason) of Elizabethtown, Lynette of Delaware, Kamaka Kaumeheiwa of Denver and Kalei Kaumeheiwa of Georgia; his stepfather Kalani Kaumeheiwa of Hawaii; his siblings' children, Tylere Alvarado of Pennsylvania, Jose Rivera Jr. (Sara) of Pennsylvania, Manny Rivera of Pennsylvania and Annabelle Kaumeheiwa of Georgia; and his great-niece Peyton Rivera of Ephrata. He is also survived by aunties, uncles and cousins.
