She was predeceased by: her husband Luigi G. Balbani (Lou); her parents, Hiram Powell and Mary Fillingame Powell; her siblings, Louise Powell Atwell, Clarke and Charles Powell; and her nephews, David Atwell and Richard Powell.
She is survived by: her niece Lyn Frazier (James Frazier); her nephew Jeffrey Powell (Regina Powell); and her sisters-in-law, Patty and Lena Powell. She is also survived by several great nephews, nieces and great-great nieces and nephews.
